Denise Casey

I'm Denise Casey, one of the Managing Directors and Property Consultant at NZ Property Solutions in Dunedin. I specialise in the marketing and sale of residential homes, investment property, and new residential developments - working with homeowners and property developers across Dunedin and throughout New Zealand.

My real estate career spans over 30 years, beginning in Ireland, my home country, before taking me to Melbourne, South-East Asia, and ultimately to Dunedin, where I've been based for the past 19 years. Along the way I've sold an extraordinary range of properties, from farmland in rural Ireland to some of the tallest apartment towers developed by Australia and New Zealand's largest property developers, and everything in between.
