I’m Denise Casey, a Managing Director and Property Consultant (Sales) of NZ Property Solutions here in Dunedin.

I specialise in the marketing and sale of residential homes, investment property and project marketing and sales of new residential developments for property developers across Dunedin and NZ.

I'm passionate about making sure that my client's listings get the most engagement and views over competing properties. I strive at all times to produce exceptional and original marketing campaigns that cast the net far and wide to reach the most targeted buyers out there in the market, across social media and digital platforms, the main four real estate websites, as well as traditional methods. And my methods are proven. I'm delighted to have been awarded Trademe's Number 1 Agent across all of Otago, for Customer engagement, for all of my listings in Quarter 3 2024. This simply means that my clients' listings received more views than any other agent's listings across Otago in that time period.  

My real estate career started about 25 years ago in Ireland, my home country, then Melbourne, Australia until a move to Dunedin, NZ over 17 years ago. 

In that time, I've sold an incredible array of properties from farms of land in my home country of Ireland, to some of the tallest apartment towers on behalf of Australia and New Zealand’s largest property developers, and everything in between.

But it's the people that I work for that are at the heart of everything I do, and that’s led to many successes in my career. I'm passionate about helping people get to where they need to be and I love dealing with people from every walk of life. Every client is different and once I understand exactly what my clients want, need and desire, we then work out an innovative strategy to get the desired sales result.
