Hi, I’m Michaela, one of the Real Estate Sales Administration Team, affectionately known as the NZ Property Solution's 'engine room'.

With many years of extensive experience supporting real estate agents, I take pride in keeping everything behind the scenes running at the highest standard, so our sales team can focus on what they do best — marketing, selling and negotiating. From office systems, client management systems, IT, AI and marketing materials, to contracts, client liaison, and our Concierge Service, I make sure every detail is managed smoothly and efficiently.

I thrive on the buzz of our busy real estate office hub here in Dunedin Central and love how quickly things can change, with new offers and sales coming in. Organisation is my passion, and I enjoy creating a streamlined, professional environment that supports both our team and our clients.
