I founded NZPS Property Management with a simple goal: to create the kind of property management company that I would want looking after my own investment properties.

We manage more than 250 properties across Dunedin, and despite our growth, I remain actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the business and know the vast majority of our property owners personally. Building trust over time, providing honest advice, and delivering exceptional service remain at the heart of everything we do.

One of the deliberate decisions I made when establishing NZPS Property Management was to focus on quality homes rather than high-volume student rentals. While Dunedin has a large student market, my vision was to build a business centred around quality properties, professional tenants, long-term relationships and exceptional service.

As both a property investor and business owner, I understand the trust that landlords place in their property management company. An investment property is often one of the largest financial assets a person owns, and I believe it deserves proactive management, clear communication and careful attention to detail.

I enjoy working with people and building long-term relationships based on trust, honesty and good communication. Property management can be a challenging industry at times, but I believe the best outcomes are achieved when people are treated with respect, communication is clear, and problems are approached with a calm and practical mindset.

I am incredibly proud of the team, systems and culture we have built. Together, we are committed to protecting our clients' investments, supporting our tenants, and making property ownership easier and less stressful.
